This position works out remote in the Diagnostics Division.

What You’ll Work On

Position Territory

  • New England, New York City, Long Island, Eastern NY.

The Opportunity

  • Provide holistic leadership over pre and post sales process to ensure implementation success and ongoing customer loyalty

  • Plan and communicate scheduled business updates both to leadership as well as set expectation for direct staff.

  • Anticipate competitor response scenarios and initiate preemptive strategies and tactics to gain share or grow market share faster than direct market competitors.

  • Leverage competitor/industry knowledge, as well as build stakeholder networks, to facilitate execution of local business plans and build the business, sale revenue and market share. Identify new business opportunities to expand current ADD share.

  • Oversee cross-functional implementation team (post-sale).

  • Drive value creation and to deliver outstanding day-to-day service to existing customers in a district thereby – increasing economic profitability, customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Negotiate long term contracts, assist Ambassadors and Account Executives with contract negotiations, particularly with pricing/profitability policies.

  • Recruits, coaches, and develops organizational talent.

  • Fosters a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.

  • Creates an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Provides direction and guidance to Account Executives and Ambassadors who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.

  • Keeps the organization's vision and values at the forefront of decision making and action.

  • Demonstrates effective change leadership.

  • Builds strategic partnerships to further departmental and organizational objectives.

  • Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve district and regional objectives.

  • Develops, monitors, and appropriately adjusts the annual budget for department(s).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum 7 years Prior experience, knowledge of medical devices and/or capital sales preferred.

  • Experience establishing, leading, coaching and developing a team of high performing representatives that can execute and exceed sales plan and goals. (People management and coaching experience)

  • Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.

  • Mastery level experience managing customer accounts

  • Ability to influence team member activities

  • Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics

  • Strong solution selling and relationship building skills

  • Superior communication skills

  • Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues

  • Long-term, strategic focus on account

  • Portfolio management skills

  • Excellent product and industry knowledge

  • Proven success at winning contracts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree

  • knowledge of medical devices and/or capital sales

The base pay for this position is $125,300.00 – $250,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
