What does the role entail?

At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences.

Spa Attendants add to the guest experience by hosting and fostering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. They are the liaison between spa treatments and amenities. This individual is primarily responsible for maintaining cleanliness of workstation, spa locker room, lounge areas and fitness center. Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper areas. Handling the maintenance of toiletries in locker room vanities. Maintain supplies and stock towels, linens, and amenities in the locker room and lounge areas throughout the shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

• Refined verbal communication skills

• Flexible schedule including Weekends and Holidays

• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight

• Ability to stand and walk long distances for long periods of time

• California Food Handler's Certification required.

• California RBS Certification required.
